What’s the best way to use Root & Rhythm spices?

Start with 1–2 teaspoons per pound of meat or per pot of stew, then adjust to taste. For deeper flavour, toast the spice briefly in oil before adding ingredients.

Are your blends spicy?

Our blends are designed for bold flavour first. Jerk has more heat, while Island Curry Rhythm is warm and aromatic. If you’re heat-sensitive, start lighter and build.

Do your spices contain preservatives or fillers?

No. We focus on simple, recognizable herbs and spices—no fillers, no unnecessary additives.

How should I store the spices?

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight. For best flavour, use within 6–12 months after opening.

Are the spices gluten-free / vegan-friendly?

Our blends are plant-based. If you have severe allergies or need certified gluten-free, message us and we’ll confirm your specific batch details.

Do you offer free local delivery?

Yes—free delivery is available in Downtown Toronto. If your address qualifies, you’ll see the option at checkout.

How fast is downtown delivery?

Typically within about 1 hour during delivery windows. We’ll confirm timing after your order is placed.
